Receiving inspection results
A certificate with the results of the inspection will be issued within 5 business days after the sample has been inspected and all tests have been completed.
If your sample is unofficial, the certificate issued by the Canadian Grain Commission applies only to the grain sample you send for grading. The results are not official and do not apply to the entire lot of grain from which you take your sample.
If your company is certified by the Canadian Grain Commission through the Certified Container Sampling Program, you will receive a Certified Submitted Sample certificate. If your company is accredited by the Canadian Grain Commission through the Accredited Container Sampler Program, you will receive an Official Inspection Certificate. The results on these certificates apply to the entire lot of grain.
