Harvest Sample Program: Get your results

Important dates

November 30: Mail your samples by this date.
December 31: We won’t inspect or analyze samples received after this date.
April 1: Last day to get your results online. After this date, you’ll have to contact us by phone or email.

Get your results automatically

If you provided an email address when signing up for the Harvest Sample Program, your grading results will be emailed to you as soon as grading is completed.

Your final report, including all quality results, will be emailed to you within 20 business days from when we receive your samples.

Tip: Add harvest-recolte@grainscanada.gc.ca to your contacts so your reports don’t end up in your spam or junk mail folder.

You can also get your results online, by telephone or in person.

Please have your 6-digit Harvest Sample Program producer identification number ready. This number is printed on the brochure that was included in your Harvest Sample Program kit.

If you have never accessed your Harvest Sample Program results online before, you must create a Canadian Grain Commission online services account.
