The Canadian Grain Commission places conditions on licences when licensing requirements are not met.
The Canadian Grain Commission initiates a claims process when we receive a complaint to our Safeguards for Grain Farmers Program that results in financial compensation for producers. We also initiate audits on licensees experiencing financial hardships, including when licensees enter receivership or creditor protection.
