Register to receive sampling services

To receive sampling services through the Accredited Container Sampler Program, grain companies must register with the Canadian Grain Commission.

To become registered, a grain company must

1. submit a completed application for registration to receive accredited sampling services (Word - 104 kb)
2. provide a site schematic showing the flow of product for all activities
3. obtain a site evaluation from the nearest Canadian Grain Commission office
4. sign a registration agreement with the Canadian Grain Commission and pay the registration fee

Registration fee schedule 2026 to 2027

These fees are projected to increase annually.

Registration fee (one-time fee): $440 (plus travel costs)

On-site re-assessments (per day, as required): $1,200 (plus travel costs)
