Licences of 1309497 Alberta Ltd. o/a W.A. Grain & Pulse Solutions issued with conditions
Effective May 1, 2021, the Canadian Grain Commission has issued one grain dealer licence and 5 primary elevator licences to 1309497 Alberta Ltd. o/a W.A. Grain & Pulse Solutions (W.A. Grain) subject to the following conditions:
- W.A. Grain must not receive grain from producers, purchase grain from producers, or otherwise incur liabilities to grain producers.
- Any acquisitions of grain not already in inventory, as of April 30, 2021, must not enter the primary elevators of W.A. Grain.
- Proceeds of sale of any grain that may be described in a primary elevator receipt will not be disposed of except by order of the Court and resolution of the entitlements of those holders in the proceeds.
The 5 primary elevator licences have been issued to the following locations:
- Pambrun, Saskatchewan
- Ponteix, Saskatchewan
- Vanguard, Saskatchewan
- Bashaw, Alberta
- Bowden, Alberta
If you are a grain producer and are owed money by this company for grain deliveries, contact the Canadian Grain Commission immediately. If you do business with this company on or after April 20, 2021, you will not be protected by security under the Canada Grain Act.
